Brian S. Kremer, Esq.

Brian S. Kremer graduated cum laude from Albany Law School of Union University in 1991 and, since that date, has been engaged in the practice of public and private sector labor relations law.  Mr. Kremer also has vast experience in collective bargaining, arbitrations, disciplinary matters, and employment litigation.  Mr. Kremer is the Corporation Counsel for the City of Cohoes and, in that capacity, is solely responsible for all labor relations issues for the City.

Mr. Kremer is a partner at the firm and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.

He has primary responsibility for all labor, employment and personnel matters for the City. Mr. Kremer is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Albany County Bar Association.
